Mappatura dei processi: vanno analizzate tutte le modalità di acquisizione del personale

Il Consiglio dell’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione, nell’adunanza del 25 settembre 2024, ha deliberato di inviare ad un ente una raccomandazione finalizzata all’integrazione della sottosezione “2.3 - Rischi corruttivi e trasparenza” del PIAO con la previsione di misure specifiche afferenti l’area di rischio “Acquisizione e gestione del personale”.

In particolare, l’Autorità ha chiesto di integrare la mappatura dei processi, inserendo quali modalità di acquisizione del personale, le assunzioni ex art. 110 del Testo Unico degli enti locali, e lo scorrimento di graduatorie di altri enti, metodologie di reclutamento utilizzate . . .
