Per le segnalazioni di illeciti (whistleblowing) nel sito web del comune, abbiamo inserito una scheda di segnalazione da compilare, che si può inviare per email al RPCT. Dobbiamo fare altro?

Le norme che disciplinano l’istituto della tutela del dipendente che trasmette una segnalazione di illecito (whistleblower = segnalatore), sono contenute nel decreto legislativo 10 marzo 2023, n. 24 e sono pienamente operative dal 15 luglio 2023. Tali disposizioni hanno abrogato l’articolo 54-bis, del d.lgs. 165/2001 e la legge 179/2017 che contenevano . . .
