Incentivo IMU e TARI – Quesiti e risposte

In tema di incentivi correlati all’attività di accertamento in materia di imposta municipale propria (IMU) e TARI, l'ente chiede:
- se sia possibile procedere alla liquidazione dei suddetti incentivi qualora il bilancio di previsione e/o il rendiconto siano stati approvati oltre i termini previsti;
- per la liquidazione degli incentivi per l’anno 2021, qual è il bilancio e quale il rendiconto da considerare;
- quali siano i termini corretti, ossia le condizioni, per poter procedere alla liquidazione dei suddetti incentivi.
